This nebula is a smaller portion of the larger “Question Mark Nebula”. You can sort of see the reddish outlines of the question mark going up and around the right portion of the image.

The major star of the show here is the central complex. The dark portion evokes a cat’s eye, while the red walls have “elephant trunks” or cold molecular pillars similar to the Pillars of Creation in the Eagle nebula.
